Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Youngsters Association, we are committed to upholding transparency and accountability in all our operations, including donations, program enrollments, events, and merchandise transactions. The trust of our donors, participants, and partners is invaluable to us. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds and cancellations.

This policy applies to all financial transactions and registrations made through Youngsters Association’s official platforms, including our website, events, and programs.

Donations

All donations made to Youngsters Association are considered final and non-refundable, as contributions are directly channeled into our ongoing community development and empowerment programs. However, we understand that errors may occur. Please note the following:

  • Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions: If you believe a donation was made in error or was duplicated, please email us at youngstersassociation@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will be reviewed and processed only if valid and approved by our finance team.

Event Registrations & Program Fees

We strive to accommodate participants’ needs while maintaining the integrity of our programs and events. Our cancellation and refund policies for event registrations and program fees are as follows:

Cancellation by Participant

  • Written notification of cancellation must be submitted via email to youngstersassociation@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event or program date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event or program will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Fees paid are non-transferable to another person or future program.

Cancellation by Youngsters Association

In rare cases where Youngsters Association cancels or reschedules an event or program, affected participants will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund processed within 7–10 business days.
  • An option to reschedule for a future event or program, based on the original registration terms.

Merchandise Purchases

We ensure that all merchandise sold through our platforms meets quality standards. Our refund policy for merchandise purchases is as follows:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at youngstersassociation@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or full refund.
  • No Returns for Used/Altered Goods: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, the following process applies:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • The refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing policies.

Policy Updates

Youngsters Association reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be published on our website, and continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
